The real problem

You don't have a
lead problem.

You have a follow-up problem. The money leaks between the click and the calendar — and that gap is where your competitor wins the job.

Example sequence, not a real lead.

Whoever calls back first gets the job

A limb comes down and the homeowner calls three companies. The first one to pick up books the estimate.

Ballpark hunters eat your week

You find out on the phone they’re renting, or they only wanted a number. That’s time you could have spent on a real removal.

No-shows burn the morning

You drive out and nobody’s home. Fuel gone, half a day gone, and the crew still needs paying.

Past customers forget you

Trees keep growing. Without follow-up, next year’s trim goes to whoever called them last.

What's included

We run it. You show up
to the estimate.

01

Ads that reach your area

We build and run the campaigns. It stays your ad account and your data.

02

Contact inside 60 seconds

Call, text and email go out the moment a homeowner asks.

03

A real sales team

People, not a chatbot, qualify every homeowner against your criteria.

04

Estimates on your calendar

Confirmed and reminded, so they show up.

05

Reviews after the job

We ask your customers for a review while the job is fresh.

06

Monthly follow-up

Past customers and old leads keep hearing from you, so repeat work comes back.

How it works

Three steps from
here to booked

01

Fill in the form

Your trade, your city and your capacity — it tells us straight away if your market is still open.

About 90 seconds
02

A fit call

We run the numbers against your ad budget. If it doesn't add up for you, we say so.

No pitch, no pressure
03

We turn it on

Ads live, follow-up wired, sales team briefed on your criteria.

Then estimates start landing
Fit check

Not every company
is a fit

We take one company per trade, per city, so we’re picky about who gets it.

Good fit

  • You run a tree service, epoxy or other home-service company with a working crew
  • You sell jobs worth driving out to quote
  • You have room for more estimates each week
  • You’ll show up to every estimate we book

Not a fit

  • You don’t have a crew or equipment yet
  • You want cheap shared leads
  • You need it working overnight
  • You’d skip estimates when the week gets busy
Agreed up front

What we agree
before we start

A booked-estimate target

We agree how many qualified estimates to aim for in the first 30 days, set against your ad budget. It's a target, not a guarantee.

One contractor per trade, per city

When we take your territory it's closed, and every lead generated inside it is yours. That's why there's a form before the call.

Questions

Before you fill
anything in

If it isn't answered here, ask on the call.

What does it cost?

It depends on your trade, your market and how hard you want to push. We price it on the call once we've seen your numbers — and if it isn't going to pay for itself, we'll tell you then rather than take the money.

Am I locked into a long contract?

Usually not. Most clients are month to month, and some work in 3-month cycles. Your signed agreement says which applies to you.

Who pays for the ad spend?

You do, straight to the platform. It stays your ad account, your data and your audience — no markup. Our fee is separate, and it's the only thing you pay us.

What happens on the fit call?

It takes 30 to 45 minutes. We confirm your city is open and check whether we can actually help. If we can, we book a strategy call and come back with your estimate target, the budget it needs and how the system would run in your market. If we can't, we'll say so.

What if I already run ads, or have an agency?

Most contractors who come to us have a folder full of leads nobody called back fast enough. We can run alongside what you've got or replace it — but we won't duplicate something that's already working.

What actually counts as a qualified estimate?

We agree the criteria in writing before anything goes live: they own the home, they're inside your service area, it's a job you want (say, removals rather than small trims), their budget fits your pricing, and their timeline works for you.

What if someone in my city signs first?

We take one contractor per trade, per city, so once a territory is closed it stays closed. If yours is taken, we'll tell you on the call rather than sell you something else.

How quickly can we start?

Usually about a week from the fit call. First booked estimates tend to land inside the fortnight after that.

Next step

Ready to see estimates
instead of leads?

Fill in the short form and we'll build a plan for your trade, your city and your crew's capacity.
